Equipment can be dropped off between the hours of 7:30AM - 5PM ET Monday through Friday. Alternatively, equipment may be shipped to us at the address above. Please include a brief description of the issue with your equipment. If delivering by mail, we recommend insuring the product; eGPS Solutions shall not be liable for losses or damages incurred in transit.
Rates are listed below. For any services not listed, please contact us at 770-695-3361. Keep in mind some equipment will need to be examined in-house before we are able to provide an estimate for services.
For local drop-offs, we have a guaranteed 3-business day turnaround (weekends and holidays excluded) for external clean and calibrations or dust and adjust instruments.
For our customers shipping their systems in, once we have the instrument in hand, our Service Center guarantees a 3-business day turnaround (weekends and holidays excluded) for external clean and calibrations or dust and adjust instruments.
If extra work is needed and we cannot certify to the system meeting manufacturer specifications, turnaround time is not guaranteed. It is our goal to return your equipment to you in a timely manner.
